What's included?
MergeSPACES is a true ‘as a Service’ model which provides a minimum monthly fee including all costs associated with the solution design, deployment, and management.
Rates are determined using a combination of asset and implementation costs, service and support costs, and space utilisation, i.e. meeting minutes (tracked via multi-tenant access to Teams Rooms Pro Portal).
Minimum monthly fee is based on existing space utilisation
Multiple rooms/spaces can be included under a single plan and can be applied to existing installations.
Get quarterly reconciliation reports that break down your usage per space per month.
Buy back options are available to exit existing tech sooner and move to new tech under 'as a Service' model.
Future values are factored into enabling changes to be made throughout the subscription term, such as removing, changing or upgrading rooms.
Priority-based SLAs, unlimited remote and onsite support, proactive monitoring and maintenance including patching and updates, and advanced replacements.
9am–5pm Monday to Friday helpdesk, and ServiceNow portal to access live and historical incident information, reports and asset information.

As part of their certified Microsoft Meeting Room Partner Program (MRPP), we are in a unique position to best support our clients on their Teams Rooms journey through deep understanding and engagement. The Partner Program also grants us access to Teams Rooms Pro multi-tenant management which is critical in not only effectively supporting spaces but reporting on usage too.
Hardware and software in harmony
Crestron are the ideal partner for MergeSPACES given their breadth of AV technology offering from both a hardware and management software perspective. Creston’s FlexCare, which will be included by default for each space, is particularly well-suited to the program as it bolsters the support and advanced replacement mechanism.
Crestron have a big focus on Microsoft Teams Rooms enablement and optimisation through their Windows-based MTR solutions and specialise in advanced enterprise deployments.

Neat are a relatively new player to the global collaboration hardware market.They are making a splash with their focus on tackling complex collaboration challenges with unique solutions by developing incredibly easy, attractive tech that makes teamwork open, fun and dynamic.
Neat’s Pulse add-on to their android-based room systems provides remote management and support options and advanced replacements which perfectly align with the MergeSPACES program.
